No shows will be charged full price for their missed appointment.
Due to the natural variation in how individual skin reacts to tanning solutions, and because results depend on factors such as skin type, preparation, and aftercare— which are beyond our control— we do not offer refunds or complimentary reapplications for tans that develop lighter than expected.
